Is shipping free?

All shipping over $300 on an order is free.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we only ship within the US.

How long will shipping take?

7-12 days

Please note that shipping times are approximations and may be affected by stock, time of year, global events, and several other factors. The days mentioned are business days. Orders may arrive earlier or later than the listed estimate. 

How long are processing times?

Usually, orders will ship out in 1-2 days. This is an average, and may be affected by number of orders, time of year, etc.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number sent to the email or phone number you ordered with. Enter this tracking number on our tracking page to track your order. If you have any issues, send us an email at thedropirvine@gmail.com.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address, resulting in a failed delivery. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before making the purchase.

In some cases, orders may need to be picked up in a local Post Office or other nearby location. This may be due to the carrier being unable to deliver to your address because of an incorrect address, nowhere they believe to be safe to leave the delivery or other problems. You will be responsible for picking up the order in this case.
